She has extensive experience in the family and criminal divisions of the Children’s Court and in intervention order matters heard in the Children’s Court, Magistrates’ Court and County Court. Anne-Louise is also an experienced criminal law barrister who has appeared in County Court trials, appeals and pleas as well as bail applications, contests, committals and pleas in the Magistrates’ Court. Anne-Louise has a particular interest in Crimes Compensation hearings appearing both at the Tribunal and in the County Court. She also has experience in defamation proceedings. As a solicitor Anne-Louise worked for the Commonwealth DPP during which she appeared to prosecute in summary and indictable criminal matters on behalf of the Commonwealth.
