Construction Disputes: a busy superior court and tribunal practice acting on behalf of builders, property developers, owners, architects, engineers and other trades in respect of defect and delay claims, security of payment act disputes, down-stream sub-contractor disputes and front-end contract advice. Fabian's practice spans both domestic and commercial construction disputes.
Commercial Disputes: a broad commercial practice including acting in partnership disputes, disputes between company directors, equitable claims (such as misrepresentation and duress), insolvency disputes and international and domestic commercial arbitrations.
