Fabian's practice spans both domestic and commercial construction disputes.
Commercial Disputes: a broad commercial practice including acting in partnership disputes, disputes between company directors, equitable claims (such as misrepresentation and duress), insolvency disputes and international and domestic commercial arbitrations.
