Prior to coming to the Bar, Joh was a criminal lawyer at the Court of Appeal, and an associate to a judge of the County Court. She has previously worked for the International Organization for Migration in Phnom Penh and worked on HIV and human trafficking, protection of human rights projects in Cambodia.
Joh has a particular interest in sports law, and sits on the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) tribunal. Prior to the law Joh owned a successful 'Good Food Guide' restaurant and was a ski instructor. She also speaks Japanese.
